Disappointed

Very disappointed that i could not return an item that is of no use to me, as i had slit the sellotape on the box with a knife, how is one suppose to know if it will work without opening the box.. No damage to packaging at all. I you are at all unsure i would not recommend to purchase. Total waste of money.
